Refund Policy

Due to the expense in customizing each individual order, we are unable to provide cash refunds. Your credit card will be charged the amount listed on your contract. Prestige will be the name on your credit card bill. Note: Cancellation of order must be received by 4:30 p.m. CT on same business day. There is a $100.00 processing/handling fee for all cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled after signed confirmation has been received and order has been sent to the call center. ONce the first call is made on client list there will be no refunds. Remember, we will not speak to every single person on this list. DO NOT EXPECT 100% ACCURACY. Nearly 20% of the population is always moving at any given time. We do not guarantee any absolute results. In the event of default in any payment, applicant agrees to pay all costs of collections including but not limited attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
