We are in compliance with the United States Postal Service (USPS) National Change of Address (NCOA) program, the North American Numbering Plan Administration (NANP A) initiatives (which regulates issues related to US telephone numbering systems and area code changes), and more importantly, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. Due to this, we are able to offer 9O-day exclusivity for the product you have purchased from us.

However, even with these precautions, lists may contain minor discrepancies primarily due to very recent changes in address (e.g. individuals who have moved) or changes in phone numbers. We offer a 1 for 1 replacement for anyone on the DNC list, and as an added initiative of our appreciation for your business, a 1 for 1 replacement for any lead that is already an established client of yours.

This guarantee is provided to you in lieu of cash refunds, due to the considerable expenses incurred in customizing each individual order.
